The Mind/ Body Connection
The Mind/Body connection is an important part of the framework in which I work. With a background as a biologist, a former massage therapist and a longtime yoga practitioner I see how the way we "em-body" ourselves greatly affects our experience of the world around us. As a body centered coach, I help my clients understand the physical manifestations of what they perceive about the world, what they believe about themselves and how that manifests in the world. The body and the mind are not at all separate and in experiences of challenge, stress and change, the experience in the body is pivotal in tracking health and resiliency.
